Your sales contact is a refrigeration engineer with decades of real-world experience, not a generalist. We visit your site, take measurements, review power/ventilation, and talk through how you actually use the space. You get clear advice, pre-site planning, printed brochures if you want them, and options explained in plain English so you can choose what truly fits your needs and budget.

When you’re ready, our engineers meet the delivery lorry on site, handle the heavy lifting, uncrate the equipment, and install it professionally. We commission and test the system, walk you through operation, and leave everything tidy. Importantly, liability sits with PWR until handover—you’re not left carrying the risk.

Unlike many online retailers, we don’t disappear after the sale. If an issue arises—whether it’s early teething troubles or a fault years later—we’ll help with warranty claims and can attend site to diagnose and resolve problems. We also offer maintenance and service packages to keep performance and efficiency where they should be, year-round.

Our service is personal and local. You’ll know the engineer who installed your equipment and have a direct line back to us. We build long-term relationships, look after your kit, and stand behind our work.
