Installation
Air Conditioning
Air conditioning serves a myriad of purposes, spanning from domestic applications like home gyms, cinemas, and bedrooms to commercial settings such as offices, restaurants, and bars. It’s also indispensable for critical cooling needs in spaces like server rooms. Today’s air conditioning units aren’t just about cooling; they’re remarkably efficient for heating, often boasting over 300% efficiency. Installation times vary depending on the system type and the number of units required. For a standard single unit or ‘split system’—comprising one indoor and one outdoor unit—installation typically takes just a day. These units are interconnected via insulated copper pipes and a single electrical cable. Drainage considerations are crucial as all AC units generate condensation, which can be managed either by pumping it away with a mini pump or allowing it to gravity feed outside into a nearby drain. Refrigeration
Refrigeration equipment encompasses a wide array of products and uses, ranging from single walk-in cold storage rooms to expansive refrigeration systems for supermarkets. It’s imperative that all remote refrigeration systems, where the condensing unit is separate from the refrigeration unit, be installed by a trained F-GAS qualified engineer. Failure to adhere to this standard not only risks inefficient operation but also legal repercussions. Our team comprises fully qualified engineers trained to industry standards.
Installation of cold rooms can typically be completed in a day, contingent upon the unit type and the distance between the outdoor condensing unit and the room. Two pipes extend from the cold room evaporator to the condensing unit, requiring power connections for both indoor and outdoor units. Alternatively, ‘monoblock’ units combine the condensing and indoor units, hanging on the exterior wall of the cold room.
For shop multidecks, integral units integrate the condensing unit within the refrigeration unit, simplifying installation to positioning the cabinet and electrical connections. Remote units necessitate running two pipes from the cabinet to the outdoor condensing unit, with drainage connections also essential.
Supermarket pack systems efficiently run multiple refrigeration units from a single condensing unit, ideal for larger convenience stores or sites with limited outdoor space. Two larger pipes extend from the outdoor unit, branching to various refrigeration equipment such as freezers, cold rooms, and multidecks.

Ice Machines
Ice machines are available in diverse configurations, catering to various needs with a range of ice types. Smaller units are often ‘all in one,’ necessitating only water and drain connections and running from a standard 240v plug. Conversely, larger units may feature remote condensers, mandating installation by an F-GAS engineer. These units require 3-phase electrical connections and larger inlet and outlet provisions for water.

Bar's & Cellar Cooling
Many refrigeration manufacturers now offer comprehensive bar services tailored to your premises’ requirements. A wide array of equipment is available, ranging from mini keg coolers to glass frosters, all customized to meet your specific needs.
Cellar coolers play a vital role in any pub or bar setting, ensuring that warm beer is never served. Installation mirrors that of a walk-in chiller, consisting of an indoor and outdoor unit connected by two pipes. Each unit typically requires its own power supply, and considerations must be made for drainage connections.
